Unbound Synergy Fitness Coaching has partnered with the Swan Creek Youth Rowing Program offering youth rowers an indoor training facility. Located in Union Square, just downstairs from the Bucks County Children’s Museum, Unbound Synergy is a short walk from the river. “Unbound Synergy is thrilled to welcome Swan Creek youth,” said Felipe Sanchez, owner. “With my state-of-the-art training facility, the Swan Creek Youth Program now has a new indoor ‘Boat House’.”
This partnership couldn’t come at a better time, as dangerously high river levels are forcing the kids to train on rowing machines indoors. “Typically, most of our training is spent in boats on the Delaware River, but this year has been a challenge,” says Coach Holly Green. “Housing 27 kids, ages 13-18, is no easy task. Circuit training combined with vigorous erg workouts at Unbound Synergy has kept our kids competition ready.”
“We have a unique format giving participants maximum results in minimal time,” says Sanchez. Signature classes like Synergy Overdrive is the ultimate metabolic training. High intensity intervals, core work, intense cardio, and skill-based training part of every session.

Swan Creek Rowing Club (SCRC) has been an integral part of our river community for 25 years, offering a competitive rowing program for kids. Youth enrollment is held annually in August via a Learn to Row program.
