FELIPE SANCHEZ, MS, CES, PES, WLS
Felipe Sanchez is the owner of Unbound Synergy Fitness LLC
Felipe Sanchez will assume the overall management of the Unbound Synergy Fitness LLC facility, including organizing and assembling a team of certified fitness professionals.
Felipe has developed multiple innovative programs including the Octagon Training System, the Zone High Intensity program, Elite Fitness Coaching, CHAOS, Eat to Perform 24-7, Strong Lean & Healthy, I Want My Body Back!!, and more. He opened UNBOUND SYNERGY Fitness Coaching in 2014 and successfully manages all day to day operations
Mr. Sanchez received his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University, and his Master of Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania.
Felipe has more than 40 years experience working with men and women of all fitness levels, athletes and non-athletes. He is a former world class gymnast and recently in November of 2013 he was inducted into East Stroudsburg University Athletic Hall of Fame.
NANCY LANGEVIN – BS, MA
A former International Elite Gymnast and Southern Illinois Gymnastics team scholarship recipient, Nancy began her coaching career as a Gymnastics coach. She later became interested in tennis and began playing and coaching tennis for Team Witsken Tennis and Zionsville Community Schools in Indiana. After completing her Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Coaching Education, she became the speed & agility/strength & flexibility coach for Team Witsken, in addition to working as a Clinical Microbiologist. She relocated to Florida in 2020 where she enjoys training for running races along with participating in USTA tennis leagues. She has a passion for helping people reach their maximum athletic/fitness potential as well as achieving a healthy balance in their lives- physically, mentally and emotionally.
JOSE LUIS CANO, BS, ATC, LMT
Jose earned a degree in Coaching Education and is a former member of the Mexican Gymnastics National Team. He competed in the Central American, Pan American and World Championship games and was awarded a gymnastics scholarship at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. After graduating, he moved to Miami, Florida, where he worked at Miami Rehabilitation Institute and later received a Massage Therapy license from the Educating Hands School of Massage.
Jose has dedicated his life to assist in the healing processes through physical therapy treatments and injury prevention, by educating people how to perform strength and stretching programs. Through his work, he has helped his clients achieve their optimal physical level and thus improve their quality of life.
